The rapid growth of no-frills and low cost airlines paved way for radical change in the airline industry. Stiff competition across LCC has forced airlines to refurbish their current business models to cater to the needs of the industry. The paper is based on certain successful LCC airlines, specifically Ryanair and analyses how it prospered to deliver cost efficient services. This paper made use of descriptive research that involved the synthesis of information from secondary sources to portray the attributes of a current phenomenon.
