Automobile dependency in UAE and its economic impact

The vehicle sales are seeing an upward growth in UAE and it is estimated to grow year on year. Excessive automobile dependency has a negative effect on the economic development. The research was conducted with the end view of educating readers about the impact of automobile dependency on the economy.  This paper made use of descriptive research that involved the synthesis of information from secondary sources to portray the attributes of a current phenomenon. Secondary data analysis was conducted briefly to study the macroeconomic impact of the excessive automobile dependency.
