Qatar National Vision 2030, deposits its prioritization of educational development and Qatar National development strategy 2011-2016, called for advancement in Education sector. Albeit the initiatives, Program for International assessment (PISA), released its results of 65 countries of their assessment of school education; cites Qatar students have underperformed once more. This study looks at the Qatar’s education sector and analyzes PISA results for Qatar .The paper gives acuity to the policy makers to use the international assessment as a barometer; to rate the knowledge and skills of their economy ,also to comprehend the results for improvement of their education sector.
