For every style, there are advantages and disadvantages. There is, also, another fact that might be utilized to tailor the style of leadership for specific businesses and organizations.

This paper introduces definitions of the Democratic Leadership Style as they were defined by other analysts. The paper shed the light on benefits and draws attention to the disadvantages of using this style randomly by some leaders. The paper concludes that this style, although it sounds a perfect match for many places, could be very ineffective and might hinder activities and advancement of the business.Methodology of this paper is qualitative, based on other available literature and revisions.
